You may also see Junk appearing at many a festival over the summer months. As well as having our shop in the boheminan centre of West Didsbury and supplying online, we also take stall to places like Glastonbury, Oceanfest, Newquay Surf Festival, T-In-The-Park but to name a few.

About me: Here it is, the new evolution of Junk…
Starting from small seeds we have NOW spread our branches to the heart of the city (Dale Street, Northern Quarter – opposite Vinyl Exchange). Pushing up through the cracks of the pavements and chinks in the walls we've been working extra hard to bring you something visually stunning, distinct and unforgettable. As Industrial Hippies in a concrete jungle we have strived to apply green ethics to our retail manifesto and infuse enjoyment to the consumer experience. This shop has been lovingly furnished entirely from reusable materials (first discarded then reclaimed) given new life in a consciously sustainable environment.

It is a bit of a school night, but it is Thirsty-Thursday, so if you can make it then that would be absolutely brilliant! There seems to be an issue with the online ticket sales, but you can get them by calling the Manchester Academy Box Office. Let us know if you have any problems.
