Every generation produces a musical talent that is so significant, so unique, that the artist cannot be defined or categorized. Ju'Not is such an artist. He is the social, musical, and lyrical voice of a new generation of music lovers, a gift so diverse and compelling; he stands to turn the music industry on its ears.
From the streets of Baltimore and Washington, D.C., rises a musical prophet with a voice and message that will inspire and move the masses. Once considered a danger to the community and written off as another ghetto statistic destined to either be jailed or murdered, Ju'Not fought foster care and the odds to become a beacon of hope to every child cut from the fabric of the ghetto.
Perhaps the most anticipated new artist since Lauren Hill, Ju'Not has emerged into a seasoned performer who can command a stage with his presence, a heart with his voice, and a generation with his vision.
Ju'Not recently made an appearance on Season 8 of American Idol as a member of the coveted Top 36. His un-warranted and early exit from the show sent a shockwave through the media and the internet and has since spurred interest in Ju'Not not only stateside, but around the world.
The social relevance of Marvin Gaye.

....
Wassup Ju'Not.... just thought i'd drop by to say hi.
I just read that American Idol is rigged bull on Yahoo explaining how you were telling everyone that AI is rigged.
That's bull yo..... not that it's rigged, i know that for sure. But that they're accusing you of doing this now to promote yourself. I was like, he's been saying this forever on how they're rigged cuz you wouldn't let them exploit you.
W/e though, keep making good music and i'm looking forward to the release of your new album.
Thanks for the friendship..How's life treating you?.. Hope you enjoy the music and message behind it. My mission in life is to fight Human Trafficking. understanding the individual pain of others is sometimes to painful for an other individual to touch and that is frightening ...what i mean is that someone whose life is not traumatized and brutalized as a regular sequence of every day events unconsciously seeks the camouflage and shelter of apathy and banality from the reality of such devastating anguish and terror ...but the spirit of young people who are used as sex slaves in the systematized global industry of human trafficking is now reaching out to the human fellowship in hope and desperation and through technology ...it is scary when humanity turns a blind eye to this horror ...its like ignoring genocide whilst it is happening ...what i am asking is that if you hear the cry of these young people who are existing in an environment of torture and brutality each and every day that you then please do not turn away from them ...please reach deeply into your heart and soul and please in 2009 join a movement or become a part of an event that challenges modern slavery in the 21st century ...
dude.i have never watched AI..but i read an article about you online. I know everything you said is true and God bless you for having the guts to speak the truth. most cats have not 2 brain cells to rub together to realize what show biz/media/etc is in reality. ROCK ON!
