With the delivery of a multi sensory experience, Junto explores contrasting, but complimentary atmospheric soundscapes, pushing the boundaries of raw emotion and absolute energy. A conscious shifting exercise that they delve into both on stage and in the studio.
Junto's debut release is the culmination of 18mths on the live circuit of Sydney and very successfully captures the live energy of a band, who's reputation continues to build of the strength of its musical conviction and captivating live performance.
Having spent the beginning of 2005 touring extensively - including joining the NSW leg of the sold-out The Butterfly Effect tour, and having their first interstate adventure down in Victoria taking in both city and regional shows - Junto have spent the last 4 months locked in the studio continuing their exploration of sonic landscapes and musical ideas resulting in a whole new chapter in the Junto repertoire.
Now joined by Hayden Chee (ex ECM, Taboo) on drums, Junto are ready to take back the stage to offer the next round...
