    Jupiter Menace are an independent alternative rock band, based in the Hunter Valley. Comprised of Zac Crawford (Vocals & Guitar), Benn Grimas (Bass), Mitch Seigers (Guitar) & Ben Crawford (Drums); this dynamic four piece rock outfit are set to make a big impact on the music scene. Formed in June 2010 after the unexpected split of Zac and Ben's previous band 'Powerage', the boys decided to take on a more original approach with their music careers, collaborating and merging with other local talent, Benn Grimas and Mitch Seigers. Combining all their experience, passion and innovation to form a professional outfit that would see them re-merge into the scene with a unique name and polished sound. Fixed with a dominating, powerful sound Jupiter Menace is heavily influenced by some of the major acts today, such as 30 Seconds to Mars, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Muse. Jupiter Menace released their first self-titled EP, "Jupiter Menace" in January 2011, with a new found direction and volatile sound that would set to attract a new generation of rock. Featuring their debut single "Break These Chains", hitting over generating awareness to society injustice, with heavy, politically demanding lyrics, promoting a strong message for JM's debut release. 'Break These Chains' official film clip, being aired in Australia, U.S.A as well as the U.K, creating a spark for the band. Throughout the bands musical career the boys, combined have shared the stage with major internationally recognized acts such as: - Matchbox 20, Grinspoon, The Screaming Jets, Karnivool, and Dragon. Gaining exposure and media attention, Jupiter Menace were invited on as guests on the Nevin Cummings Cable TV show U.S.A and Southern Cross Ten 'Landed Music', as well as local press and solid reviews in top street press - Reverb, Drum Media and Brag Magazine. Within a year, through constant publicity, Jupiter Menace's official YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/JupiterMenaceBand) has obtained over 93,000 views worldwide. Known for their explosive un-predictable live shows, you never quite know what to expect from the menace boys next! The four piece constantly mixing up their performances with powerful, fast paced drum collaborations, constantly adding new material to their repertoire, whilst adding contrast to the show with their more intimate songs. Jupiter Menace are set to release their second EP by the end of 2011 whilst continuing to tour up and down the East Coast, make a mark on the international festival scene and develop an ever growing following and recognized sound. With a strong belief to succeed, Jupiter Menace are focused on taking their music to the world in the not too distant future.
