Juri Panda Jones began her musical career playing classical piano at age 3. She joined her Mother’s rock band as a keyboard player at age 4. At age 11, she won her first composition competition in her region in Japan.
She came to the U.S. at the age of 21 as a scholarship student to attend Berklee College of Music. She also studied music in Ghana, Africa to strengthen her sense of rhythm, dancing and singing.
Juri’s super active and motivated works include 3 of her own composed and self-produced full length albums, playing and recording for other artists, numerous local club and function gigs, local and national tours including the National tour with Kate Pierson of the B52’s.
Her 4th album and DVD were internationally released by Mill Reef Production.

She has worked as a musical director for many shows, including “Surviving the Nian” by Theater Offensive, and “Cabaret” by Metro Stage Company, "Gypsy" by Footlight Club, "The King and I" by River Side Theatre in MA.
She also plays for Boston Ballet. (Classes) teaching in suburbs around Boston.
Juri also founded Genuine Voices, a non-profit organization which teaches music to juvenile offenders. She presented her paper at IASPM World conference in Rome and appeared on the radio interview in Australia.
