Just A Thought is a four-piece Genre-indiscriminate band based in Colliers Wood. The band started out in 2006, as Sam (Vocals, Guitar) and Laurence (Drums) - having clocked up a shocking number of failures trying to start a band - finally found Tom (Guitar) inside Laurence's bass drum. It soon became clear that Tom had spent a number of years in there, surviving solely on Milk Chocolate Hobnobs and the pure energy of the observeable universe, and had recently (inadvertently) begun learning to play the Electric Guitar. Naturally he was invited to join the band as Bassist. Preferring to play Guitar, he took advantage of the first opportunity to take the place of the band's second Guitarist, Paul, who had been recently hired after falling off the back of a very lost Ikea lorry.
Paul spent a year with the band before he left for Peru to search for the lost city of Quetza-Quatl, due to the numerous stories of plentiful golden trinkets, though he sadly never returned. The band placed an advertisement in a conveniently placed Matalan store in the middle of Belgium, and very soon it was Ellie (Bass) who crashed through Laurence's front window during a rehearsal session with a cry of "I HEARD YOU GUYS NEEDED A BASSIST!"
Thus it began.

Do not trust the heathen befouling our myspace with this slanderous comment! The song with the spontaneous free jazz interlude will be recorded when we get around to it. Meanwhile, why not listen to our other song up there ^^. It's good, and comes with a complementary slice of gorgonzola.
