The first Just Brakes’ store opened in Bryan, Texas, in 1980. Since then, Just Brakes has expanded to over 160 stores located in seven states and nine major markets. Just Brakes has a major presence in cities across the Southern United States: Albuquerque, Colorado Springs, Denver, Phoenix, Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, Atlanta, Tampa-St. Petersburg, Las Vegas and Orlando. Just Brakes opened stores in the San Antonio market in 2007. With over 900 employees, Just Brakes is the largest privately-owned brake specialty repair company in the world, and it continues to expand. It has been family-owned and operated since June 1994, with two generations of the Cloud family working at its Dallas headquarters. The company performs brake repairs on over 340,000 vehicles annually and plans to continue its growth and expansion to other major U.S. cities. Just Brakes has its own certified brake safety expert school and certification program, as well as a certified center manager program. Just Brakes trains its employees to do just one thing and to do it better than anyone else. These efforts produce the highest quality of customer service along with the most important end result – customer safety. A “typical” Just Brakes shop employs six to eight persons: a store manager, assistance manager, shop foreman and brake technicians. Our services are limited to brake repair and service only.
