Simon Hall has been wrongly convicted of murder.
He was jailed in 2002 on the basis of flawed evidence. It is time to get him out.

This campaign has the support of Simon's MP, Colchester's MP a Forensics Expert from Oxford University , MOJO, "Innocent" Organisation , Private Eye magazine and the general public. You can register your support with our online PETITION .
Simon was convicted despite the fact that forensic and DNA evidence did not place him at the scene of the crime. They were not his boot prints in the garden. They were not his fingerprints in the house. He had no forensic traces of the scene on him or his clothes.
Simon was convicted on the basis that he may have possessed clothes made with similar fibres to those found in the house. 35,000 people in the UK also possess clothes with similar fibres to those found in the house.
Simon had an alibi.
Simon was convicted despite having no motive.
Simon was convicted despite not being in the area at the time of the murder.
Please help us get him out.

25th July 2006 marked the 4th anniversary of simon's arrest, thats 4 years inside serving a sentence for something he didn't do. Just take a moment of your time and imagine that, imagine someone you know, someone you love, maybe even imagine yourself in that situation. Finding yourself locked away from everything you ever knew,and for what? A crime that you simply did not commit!
