About me:

Rose Cobb was executed by a hitman as she waited outside of a pharmacy waiting for her shopping husband Detroit Police Sergeant David Cobb.

A month before her murder she had told her sister that she wanted a divorce. Sgt. Cobb was quickly eyed as a suspect, eventually jailed and released, and then found hanging from a tree in a park.

"...on Sept. 26 [2008], Cobb drove his white Nissan 350 to Dodge Park in Sterling Heights, walked to a dirt path about 120 yards off the main trail, attached an orange rope to a tree and hanged himself..."

I still have a hard time believing that he hung himself, but this page is not about David Cobb. This page is for Rose.

Detroit Chief Investigator, Detective Ira Todd was stopped when he began investigating too deeply, and warned that there was something big behind all of this. In the edges of information about this case murdered Tamara Greene's name keeps rising. It is a long story, a twisted story, there are many things known and suppressed, things not known, and people who do not want things in the core of it all revealed. This page is not about that. This page is for Rose - but feel free to share what you know, because wrong is wrong.

"...According to a report in the court file, David Cobb was dating Marzell Black's mother, Sheila Black, while he was married to Rose Cobb. Sheila Black told police that David Cobb asked her if she knew someone with a gun. She said no, according to the investigator's report, but her son may. She said she introduced Cobb to her son, Marzell Black. The report says Shelia Black told police that Cobb told her to open a bank account so he could deposit money in it for Marzell Black... Marzell Black acted as the go-between and drove Smothers to the killing site, a CVS pharmacy..."
