Holly's oral surgeon said that the infection has eroded much of her jawbone which is extremely thin and fragile that it would have broken her jaw to have it sanded down with all of the defects after the surgery.

Holly is still recuperating from the bad blood infection which cost her all of her teeth to get pulled 5-5-09 (Tuesday)running a fever and not doing well. Many thanks to our friends for all of their prayers and concerns-will keep this updated.
Holly's brother, Chuck's father-in-law just had major colon cancer surgery last night-praying he makes it-the doctor said his cancer has now spread to his lymph nodes since the cancer surgery. Prayers are appreciated.

We are both victims of long-term child abuse. We understand what these types of people do.

We are both victims of domestic abuse. We understand what these types of people do, as well.
This ribbon is because we have been witness to 2 murders and much abuse during our entire lives, both of us. This ribbon is in memory of those who have died and we as their family, friends and co-workers are left behind to suffer for their being taken away all too soon.

We are all about protecting those who have been and are being abused-animals, people, children, and getting justice for them all.

We post a lot of bulletins about things that our important to us and to many others. Most of the things we post are "animal" bulletins and urgent bulletins for saving their lives and/or for signing petitions to make the world a better place for us all.

We seek to unite with others who want to join us in the fight to make this a better place for us all and to fellowship with them in order to spread the word and make a difference to benefit us all. :O) Our heros are those who rehabilitate and save animals. The ones who are not celebrities and also many others, Diane Jessup of Buldog Kennels, Cesar Milan, Jason Mann editor of the Pitbull Gazette, Dogtown for rehabilitating Vick's dogs, Atlanta Humane Society for saving almost 90 dogs they rescued from both hurricanes, each, in Louisiana AND Texas. Our heros are also those who help people out, all of the abused-bless you all!!
Our cousin's daughter has Autism and so do others in our family and our beloved friends. We pray for a cure and early diagnosis.

Help Pass Legislation to Toughen Dogfighting Laws!

The fighting dog's life is one of misery. Animals who survive a match often receive little care for their injuries and are barely provided with the food, water and shelter they need to survive. There is no rescue, for confiscated dogs are typically euthanized due to their unsuitability for adoption.

Most states have only misdemeanor-level penalties for attending dogfights, which do little to discourage animal fighters or encourage law enforcement to pursue cases. Fortunately, tougher federal legislation has now been introduced that would prohibit both dogfighting and being a spectator at a dogfight.

TAKE ACTION
Check the current co-sponsors in the House (H.R. 3219 and H.R. 3327) and Senate (S. 1880) to see if your U.S. Representative and two U.S. Senators have signed on to support tougher dogfighting laws. If they have not, please call and urge them to do so. You can reach your members of Congress through the Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 or click here to look up your federal legislators and their office phone numbers.

After you make your phone calls, fill in the form at the right to send a follow-up email to your members of Congress. Your legislators receive a lot of email, so it is important to personalize the subject line and the text below with your own words so your message will stand out and have a greater impact.
