JUSTIN BERGH is a singer-songwriter originally from Cape Town, in South Africa, who is building his reputation on the international stage. Currently spending time in both London and South Africa, Justin has been pursuing his goal of an international music career since he re-located to London in late 2005.
Justin signed to BMG Africa in 1999, with a shared vision to take Justin’s unique voice, match it with some great songs he had written, and ultimately look to create an international artist out of the local scene. Justin’s critically acclaimed debut album, called Love The Sinner, was released in 2000 and reached no.2 on the national charts in South Africa.
After a lengthy period of song-writing in USA, Justin released his second album ‘Out Of My Hands’ in South Africa in 2003, with songs written by himself and some co- written by some of the biggest names in America, such as Randy Cantor (Ricki Martin)), Peter Zizzo (Avril Lavigne/Celine Dion), Jean-Marie Hervat (Michael Jackson) and Luke Eben (Bon Jovi).
Justin is currently writing new material and has been working with a variety of prominent co-writers in London, writing material for his forthcoming third album. At the moment, 6 songs have been recorded, and Justin has been writing and producing with members of British rock band James, and 19/BMG signed writer/producers Paul and Duck. He is currently looking for a new label home, in either UK, Europe or USA.

I just wanted to take the opportunity, while it’s finally quiet after all the festivities to wish you a happy new year x it’s strange how we all look forward to relaxing and chilling out at Christmas and it…well, never happens! I think I need a vacation to recover from Christmas!
