Justin is a lover of honesty and fine baked goods. He takes special notice of small things like: how often you blink.....the sound of your sneezes.....whether you take large or small bites of a plain peanut butter sandwich. He has recently finished building a modest home in a terrible part of town. He feels younger now than ever. He's a huge success.
Justin writes 7 songs every year. He thinks about lyrics all of the time....especially when he's driving...which is dangerous.
When justin was in 8th grade, he was on his schools varsity basketball team. He was a husky young man. though he was slow and labored up and down the court without grace, he was a gifted shooter who was calm under pressure. as such, His coach would only put him in the game when there were a few seconds left and the team was down by two points.
Justin would sit through each game wondering if the stars would align in that cosmic way and the coach would summon him from his usual perch on the bench (to which justin attributes the flatness of his ass) and send him into battle like some one man special forces unit who had been trained for this specific situation and had no doubts about his forthcoming success. The truth being that those stars only aligned two times and, both times, justin missed. One was an airball.
The resulting feelings of failure and worthlessness sent justin down a long road of resentment toward any expectation that had been or would be placed upon him.
