| Music | I'm open to any kind of music. There are genre's I listen to more than others (Rock/Alternative) but I don't like to pin myself down to one specific type. I've been introduced to electronic music over the last few years and have also found it to be one of my prefered genre's. Music is just one way people find voices for themselves so I suppose I'm still trying to find my musical voice. | | Movies | Too much to make specific mention of. As important as films are in my life I don't like to limit my prefrences to specific films. I've found that most films have some redeeming factor, and I try to appreciate those. | | Television | Not a big fan, although the Daily Show seems to keep me laughing and I love watching Family Guy. Also when I can't catch an A's game in person the TV works. | | Books | I've found that now I'm out of school reading is something I enjoy more than ever. One of my favorite genre's is Childrens/Young Adult books. I find most of the stories to be well told and generally have basic morals and values that are important in life. I read other books as well, although I haven't been able to pin down exact genre's or styles. Some of my more enjoyed books are: Life of Pi, Freakonomics, Ender's Game, 1984, Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, Moneyball, Fabric of the Cosmos, On a Pale Horse, Catch-22, The Postman, Fast Food Nation and there are many others which seem to slip my mind at the moment. I'm always on the lookout for a good book and love to hear suggestions. |

About me:
I'm a filmmaker at heart, if nothing else at least a storyteller. I cherish the friendships I make and maintain. I am by no means a fighter, but I am a most passionate lover. I'm generally an idealist, unless the odds are amounted too much against me. I'm an avid reader, books and language are they key to our growth as people. I'm a film connoisseur, movies hold a special place in my heart. Digital Photography is a secret love of mine. I like to go snowboarding but haven't had time to do it recently, maybe this year though. I'm finding that I am many things, and the only way to really know me is to just ask me.
