I went to my weight management Doctors yesterday and Wow I have now lost 102 pounds since December 28, 2007. I've been doing really good and I my Doctor adjusted my Lap-band 3 ml. and I should be doing even better now. After my Doctors visit my Wife and I went into Galveston to see the damage. It was CRAZY. They didn't get the wind damage that we did but they got a storm surge over the already high seawall. They said if it hadn't been for that wall Galveston would no longer been there. Well hey have a great weekend and just be safe where ever you may travel and be the best at what ever you may do.
Hey Justin just wanted to let you know we made it thru the storm. We rode this one out at my sisters house and she didn't even loose a shingle. Now don't get me wrong she lost over 20 trees and had 2 or 3 tornados pass thru her property. Ike was a HELLA STORM but a Country Boy will survive. Hope you made it OK thru this. We just got power 2 days ago and internet this morning. I sure missed my friends. Just so you know Ike was a Hella storm and most of the girls that rode it out say they will never ride out another one. I see it as an experience and would go thru another but probably will always head north outta here for I have to many friends and family in Arkansas and Missouri. Only thing about running is that it cost lots of monies that you already don't have. My Wife is just lucky that she has a job that still pays her even when she's not there Let Me Give REMAX a plug here for that. Doing really good on the weight loss. I've passed the 90 pound mark since December. Well hey I better get outta here, my Dad needs my help cutting up fallen trees. Make sure you have a great day and we'll see you later. ~Darryl~
We made it back home after the Lil' Hurrication we had but we went into Arkansas and as I watched the weather all I could see was a lot of rain where We ran to so I wanted to beat the rain before it hit Arkansas. We pulled in to the driveway around 8:00 last night. We have had very Lil' rain and some wind but just enough to wiggle the trees. Hope you had a Great Labor Day. We had to run up and run back Home. Only thing is we Cleaned out the Fridge so if we lost power we wouldn't come home to a Fridge gone bad. You have a Kick Ass Week. ~Darryl~
Just wanted to say Thanks Again. I tried for some time to get myspace to just add the red comedy bar but no matter how much I tried they keep telling they couldn't. So I just had to start over. Sorry about that.
Hey Justin just wanted to say as of yesterday I've lost 72 pounds since the end of December. Lap-band Surgery is the 3rd greatest thing that has ever happen to me only following Lydia and my Daughters. Have a Blast this Weekend. ~Darryl~
