    HEAR OUR FOUNDER SPEAK ABOUT CHILDHOOD SEXUAL ABUSE AND WHAT WE CAN EACH DO TO END IT!-- RADIO INTERVIEW--


    Do you know that approximately one out of three of our girls, and about one out of six boys will be sexually abused by the time they turn 18?

    It is true. Sadly, over half of them will never tell anyone about the abuse. Many will bear it for years in silence. That is why I started a new non-profit organization called Just Tell, to encourage kids to tell a trust-worthy adult if they are being molested. We are reaching out to kids who are being sexually abused to tell them:

  • that it happens to a lot of other kids;
    •
  • that they didn't do anything to cause it to happen to them;

  • that they bear no blame and should feel no guilt and no shame; and

  • that it's really important they pick an adult they trust and tell them about the abuse.

    Just Tell received confirmation of its 501(c)(3) status in April of 2007. We are now a non-profit organization incorporated and registered in New York State.
