J. Vega & Friends

Bio:

“JVega & Friends” is a jazz band based in Southern California. The group covers a wide variety of musical genres and styles, everything from straight-ahead jazz, standards, Latin and Smooth jazz, bossa novas, original material, and even the occasional Jimi Hendrix tune to catch the audience’s ear, and keep things fresh. All of the members are accomplished musicians with many years of playing and teaching experience. The depth and diversity of each band member’s background enables the group to play music that is fresh-sounding, always grooves, and appeals to a wide listening audience.

A nicely-cooked veal chop with Bordelaise sauce, sashimi with the essence of the sea, carnitas tacos from the "La Estrella" truck, a bone-dry white Burgundy, an ice-cold beer on a hot day, or that Diet Pepsi that just hits the spot.
