J Versus K is a rock band from Arlington, Texas. The members of the band are Josh, Cory, Larry and Tommy.
Inspired by friends in bands like Kidcrash from Olympia, and a range of influences like Minus The Bear, Trail Of Dead, Iron And Wine,Volta Do Mar, and orange county band Limbeck, the boys set about writing their first songs as a 4-piece and working on their live set.
J Versus K are eager to get out and play wherever they're welcome. They want to travel and make friends everywhere and see new places. They want to play in your town, come to your party, sleep on your floor, and maybe leave with you something to think about when theyve gone.

=) You guys have the Minus the Bear sound, but like not from Planet of Ice, which is their only CD that I didn't like, but you guys sound like their other more riffy-oriented stuff... if ya know what I mean.
you guys are great, very musically talented, you really seem to work well together, but one thing...it seems you sound a little to similar to minus the bear, you guys are so fuckin talented i would love to see a little more originality
