About The Hidden Cookie

The Hidden Cookie é um projecto a solo do guitarrista e vocalista dos extintos Toast (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=87775530), banda indie-pop-rock que existiu entre 1995 e 1998 e que gravou o álbum “Try me” (1997) lançado pela editora independente BeeKeeper/Milkshake, do qual saíram algumas músicas para diversas compilações. Depois de dezenas de concertos pelo país e de alguma receptividade por parte do meio onde se moviam, acabaram por se extinguir. Assim, passada uma década, começa a nascer este projecto em que toda a composição musical é feita por este ex-membro dos Toast, com a ajuda de diversos colaboradores (Bernardo e Filipe Brito - também um ex-Toast). Nesta altura o projecto está em fase de gravação de alguns temas que em breve serão aqui apresentados.»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»» The Hidden Cookie is a solo project from the guitarist and lead singer of the extint band Toast (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=87775530), an indie-pop-rock band that existed between 1995 and 1998. The band recorded the album "Try me" (1997) through the extint label Beekeeper/Milkshake. From that album several musics were used in various compilations. After dozens of concerts throughout the country and after being recognized by the music industry they decided to end. So now, after a decade, this project resurfaces. All it..s musical composition is at the hands of this ex Toast member. At this point, the project is at the recording phase, and some of the tunes will soon be here presented.
