I am finally beginning to come into my own, and I have to say that at nearly 40 years old, it's about time! I have found that with age comes wisdom as well as beauty (Older women are hot, right guys?) and increased contentment and happiness. It seems like I am less concerned with trying to impress and not a bit bothered when I don't. Ahhh maturity or maybe, I just don't give a damn anymore, who knows??



.. Some of the best advice came to me from a dear friend who is approaching the BIG Five OH this year. She said "I am nearly 50 years old and I am no longer going to do anything that I don't want to. I am too old for such negativity and bullshit." Bravo!!


I am a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist and I am on the Neonatal Transport Team for our hospital. I enjoy my profession immensely and can't imagine doing anything else. If you have the chance to make a difference in a child's life today, I highly recommend that you do so. The laughter, joy and warmness that it brings is immeasurable. I cherish my friends and family, hold them close to my heart and love them dearly.



.. I enjoy writing, but keep in mind that there is no telling what will come out in my blogs. I am female after all and prone to the evil effects of PMS (Putting up with Men's Shit, Pre Menstrual Syndrome, Pretty Mean Sometimes,etc and so on). If you can bear with me, I promise it will be an enjoyable ride. Welcome aboard, friends!
