GeneralWriting, reading, and painting. Usually in that order but I'm known to go on time splurges unexpectedly.
MusicChanges daily. I may be listening to broadways one day, alt rock the next, and jpop the following. About anything but country or rap is likely to be playing as I work.
MoviesI love almost anything animated. (CG and traditional) I have a special fondness for the short running adult animated movies of the late seventies and early eighties.
TelevisionI'm not a fan of TV.
BooksI absolutely love books. At age ten I raided my fathers bookshelf and have been hooked on fantasy novels since. I've gotten beyond the point that I could name favorite authors or books but hand me about any urban fantasy, high fantasy, or paranormal romance and I will be a happy girl. I read some literary fiction, but I tend to stay away from anything that is too close to reality.
HeroesRight now I'm idolizing every legitimately published writer in genre fiction.

About me:

I am a twenty-six year old starving artist. Okay, not entirely starving, but art isn't paying my bills. I have a BFA in Painting from USC, but I spend much more time franticly hitting keys than with a paintbrush these days.

My first book, Once Bitten, is now available at Barnes & Noble Amazon. Currently I am working on the sequel to Once Bitten and on my super top secret other project. ^_~ I plan to be attending several conferences and conventions this year, so stop back by to find out where I'll be!
