Kalio takes you on a trip to a wild party on a village square in a remote corner of Europe, the bustling streets of a warm metropolis, a rough bus ride across the steppe. Little stories about quarrelling neighbours, a brave little bird, rainfall after drought and coming home after a long journey. Written in words that nobody knows but everyone can understand. Spicy party folk with melancholic edge.
At Oerol Festival 2009 Kalio Gayo proved to be a great festival band.
But their extremely cheerful and energetic shows will also turn the place upside down in a more intimate setting.
