KAMCHATKA NEW CD “VOLUME III” IS RELEASED ON THE 4th of MARCH 2009! "Volume III" is the third official studio album release and their first on Superpuma Records.The album is recorded and mixed by Tobias Strandvik and Kamchatka at Shrimpmonkey Studio and mastered by Johan Eckerblad at Mintelligence Studio.Cover artwork is done by Hippograffix.
This is the first album entierly produced by the band themself. It features 10 new original Kamchatka songs + bonus track “Whipping Post” wich was originaly written by Gregg Allman. There are mighty fine guests featuring on some of the tracks. PER WIBERG (Opeth, King Hobo, Mojobone, Death organ, Spiritual Beggars) is featured on 4 tracks (“Look over your shoulder”, ”See”, ”Sorg” and “Guess I’ll be leavin”) and JEAN PAUL GASTER (Clutch, Bakerton Group,King Hobo) plays additional drums on Kamchatkas version of Gregg Allmans “Whipping Post”.

Saw you guys open for Clutch last year in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I was instantly blown away and have been ever since.
