I like long walks on the beach...really I do. I like performing. It allows me to not be myself but being able to share my voice with others. I am a member of Metro North Church (Presbyterian). I love singing and I'm even starting to write a tiny bit. I can play a small amount of piano. Music is everything to me. I have been getting into more local bands now. I love going to shows. I love shopping with my bestfriends...and getting into trouble with them as well. I love to dance. Did I mention the beach!?! I like to write out my feelings...it calms me down and helps me see things objectively before I make a rash decision. I LOVE Turbo Jam! I used to think that DVD workout programs were a waste of time and money but Chalene Johnson really knows what she is doing and you see results with her programs!!!

The Bible. I am currently reading Wicked. One of my favorites is The Bronze Horseman. Chris introduced me to the Scott Pilgrim books and I am loving them. I love books that have a good plot and are written around actual events in history.

Jesus - I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for Him. My mother for staying strong the summer of 04 when we recieved my diagnosis. She was my stronghold when I was at tears and she comforted me whenever it was needed. Also because she is taking this battle and fighting it head on!!!

About me: I have learned over the past years that sometimes you have to let yourself let go of people in your life that you thought you were close to. Once I allowed myself to do that I do feel better...no one lets me down anymore. I may be lonely from time to time but atleast I am not disappointed.
My sisters and I have become closer over the years...we still don't always see eye to eye on things but I think we are beginning to understand that family means more than anything else.
