“Taking U Home” With New Hip Hop Artist KAMUI Kamui (pronounced Kam-We) is definitely one of the most unique and charismatic up and coming rappers on the scene. His style is a cross between LL and DMX but don’t get it twisted cause this brother is still bringing a flavor all his own. This young cat has three tracks with Lisa ~ Lisa, former lead singer of Lisa ~ Lisa Cult Jam and he uses his raspy voice to add to the melodic sound of the song tress. In a track sampled from Lisa ~ Lisa’s own “Take U Home”, Kamui adds a little spice to the old skool song with two blazing verses that will definitely keep you vibin’. Now don’t be fooled by the songs geared at the ladies. He still puts it down for the streets with the head bobbing, club anthem, ”Hands Up”, Kamui is definitely representing Jersey and at the same time coming with something grimy but mixed with a little something smooth. And when you thinks its all over, Kamui just keep coming with hits, while displaying his producer talent with his partner Hazardous, ( the other half the hot producer group "5-19") "The Chosen One" puts it down for the ladies again on this party joint, "Tell Me", which is his first single out the box.
