Global Grooves was a two hour electronic dance music show on KANM
at Texas A&M University
in College Station, TX.
You would here many genres of dance music on Global Groves including the following:
house, trance, techno, breaks, electro, minimal, ebm, drum & bass, dubstep, and all the many sub-genres of dance music. You may even here
some hip hop from time to time. The show included new music as well as classics from the 80's and 90's.
Global Grooves ended in May 2008 when I graduated from Texas A&M. I miss it.

The DJ, Andrew, was a grad student at TAMU and an avid fan of everything related
to dance music. Andrew had tables and spun for a few years for fun but never
took it to the next level. However, he is still a fan of dance music and the
industry. The original show started in the spring of 1996 and lasted through
May 1997. The new show started in September 2006 and should be going through
May 2008.

DJ's, Producers, and Labels: KANM is a student run college radio station and has a relatively small selection of electronic music so please mail us your promotional CD's and vinyl. We are desperate to promote new electronic music.
