Though I live in Southern California, there wont be as much of the coloring of the trees changing like they do on the east side of the states. I miss Arkansas and New York for this very reason, the Ozark mountain range and upstate New York are certainly the most beautiful in Autumn that I've ever seen.

I'm so excited for Ray, my friend who has just released his 2nd novel 'Shadows in the Night' that includes the story 'MoKa'! If you have a chance stop by my blog to read a small excerpt. It's a beautiful and adventurous story about a dragonfly/fairy who searches out 'Lucas', to encourage him to prepare for a great mission that only he can do! I made a complete and glorious mess in my little studio this past weekend, but it was fun with all the essential oils wafting and creating soap! There's nothing I enjoy more than being creative, the soul is compelled to express love, emotion, hopes and dreams, and many others - but it doesn't seem to be Real until we use our hearts, minds and hands making it tangible somehow.
This weekend, I think I shall tackle the garden.

Many times in our lives bridges present themselves to us, sometimes crossing those bridges can be a blessing and sometimes the hardest things in our lives to do. My hope for you is that when it comes to crossing those bridges that if nothing else, it's your faith, and strength of heart that carries you with acceptance, and gratitude when all else makes no sense or reason. I just enjoyed some fresh strawberries - dang near like eating candy only better! :O) The little one left last night, for her vacation to Yellowstone and will be gone for two weeks, so the plan is to enjoy the quietness, and good book and sleeping in! It was 98 degree's here today, and if I never told you how much I love my two ac units, I am now! LOL!!
