About me: Back in Humboldt! Who would have ever thought? I had a crazy ride around the world and back--all too much fun. Left Arcata to go to college at Gonzaga University at age 16. After graduation, I was fortunate enough to be able to live on the Quinault Indian Reservation in the Olympic National Rain Forest, Las Vegas, England, Alabama, Florida, and New Orleans before heading back to California where I opened my own French restaurant. I retired after 7 years and moved back to my cool hometown. I'm glad to be here!

I don't think I'm the best mom ever. I wish there were instructions with this job. I feel like I screw up every day but I love 'em and they know it. That's all.
Isn't little Ben only like.....12? I can't believe so much time has past. It's funny that you have a 5 year old granddaughter. I have a 6 year old son and a 9 year old son. Boy did I start late in life or what?
