Writing romance, reading romance, enjoying romance. I love spending time at the beach or hidden away in my office. Gee, I sound a bit boring, don't I? Well, besides that ... I am a slave to my kids right now - the maid, chauffeur, financier, fortune seer and all around everything!
Music
Music that inspires, whether it's hard rock, soft romantic rock, or even classical. Music is the fundamental of my writing and plays a vital part to my inspiration! There's always music playing in the background in my office.
Television
I'm a major history buff and love the History Channel and History International, The Travel Channel, and I love watching CSI (Vegas) only, can't get in to the others. I'm a sap for romantic movies or shows, but don't get to watch TV as much as I used to. I do like the Dark Angle series, and lots of shows on the Sci-Fi Channel. I also like the show House, mostly because of Hugh and his sarcasm.
I like reading anything romantic, but my favorite is author, Julie Garwood whose books have been reread a bazillion times. Add in some Catherine Coulter for good measure, and a full heaping of Johanna Lindsey. Yeah, my bookshelf is filled with these lovely author's books! Right now I am reading Twilight by Stephanie Meyer, a romantic YA. I'm enjoying it tremendously. Of course it was recommended a by couple of teens who live in my house ; )
Anyone that puts themselves out there ... artists, photographers, writers, all those with the drive to be creative no matter what. Oh, and anyone with an open-minded acceptance of issues even if they don't agree with it.
