Yea girl..if it wasn't for the meal plan, I wouldn't eat b/c obviously, I don't have a stove in here and even if I did, I don't have my pans and pots up here. So blah!
One way that you can get into drinking more water without having to worry about the taste (LOL or lack thereof) is to add Crystal light to it. They are sugar free and a good way to get your water in without actually drinking JUST water. But you REALLY should try to drink at least half your body's weight in ounces. You can do it!
Well, I have a meal plan...so anytime I want to eat, I just swipe my ID card and it's paid for.
But yea, you have to incorporate some movement for the eating well to work. I don't eat after 7, unless its fruit. I drink only water all day (which is hard b/c I LOVE Dr. Pepper OMG). Let's see...I eat veggies and fruit with almost every meal. I stopped eating pork (that's not really a big deal but pork has a tendency to be a bit more fat than other meats).
Even if you can get on a treadmill for 30 minutes a day, maybe 3 to 4 times a week, you'd start to see a difference. Even though its not called for, I run on the treadmill for one hour everyday no matter what. But I think that since I'm lifting weights, that's made a difference as well.
I'll tell anybody that I am absolutely lazy. I really am. And the fact that I've stuck to this thing for what is now 46 days is a testament that ANYBODY can. I ALWAYS come up with an excuse NOT to do X,Y or Z.
I purposely do NOT have a fridge in my room b/c it gives me too much access to food. Food in mini fridge not too far from me = late night eating. So I bought one but then returned it once I decided to do this.
I usually eat on campus all the time. We have two cafs, plus a sick amt of restaurants where you can eat whatever your pleasure may be. But I'm so basic with my eating and don't vary it a whole lot that I stick to one location.
It's hard. Some days I want to pig out. But then I look at my arms and get excited. As I told someone else, my face (this go 'round) is getting slimmer SLOWLY...normally its the first to go. But my stomach and arms have shown the most improvement.
I'm starting my 2nd 12 weeks on December 29 (the day after this 12 weeks is over!).

Naw, I'm super shy though. I made him get in the shower, close the curtain and turn the water on before i would sing for him. lmao I was so damn nervous and all I sang was Kirk's version of "Til We Meet Again". He came out the shower cheesing his face off though.
