Here's why: - Exceptional banter - Making amusing comments on people's performances without putting them down - Contributing the manly rap parts when called for - Brief and enjoyable dance breaks - Making sure people from all tables all get turns - When people obviously don't know the song, you tell them to come back when they've learned it - Doing your own numbers in an enthusiastic and non-polished way, as opposed to certain sad fucks hoping record execs will come and listen to their humourless boy-band ballads There's more, but I just wanted to say that.
