About me:

There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn not to judge things too quickly. So he sent them each on a quest, in turn, to go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away. The first son went in the winter, the second in the spring, the third in summer, and the youngest son in the fall. When they had all gone and come back, he called them together to describe what they had seen. The first son said that the tree was ugly, bent, and twisted. The second son said no it was covered with green buds and full of promise. The third son disagreed; he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled so sweet and looked so beautiful, it was the most graceful thing he had ever seen. The last son disagreed with all of them; he said it was ripe and drooping with fruit, full of life and fulfillment. The man then explained to his sons that they were all right, because they had each seen but only one season in the tree's life. He told them that you cannot judge a tree, or a person, by only one season, and that the essence of who they are and the pleasure, joy, and love that come from that life c can only be measured at the end, when all the seasons are fulfilled. If you give up when it's winter, you will miss the promise of your spring, the beauty of your summer, fulfillment of your fall. MORAL OF THE LESSON Don't let the pain of one season destroy the joy of the rest. Don't judge life by one difficult season. Persevere through the difficult patches knowing that better times are sure to come some time. Aspire to Inspire Before You Expire! Live Simply. Love Generously. Care Deeply. Speak Kindly. Leave the Rest to God. Happiness keeps You Sweet, Trials keep You Strong, Sorrows keep You Human, Failures keep You Humble, Success keeps You Glowing. Author Unknown

Who I'd like to meet:

Happy people... Tell me who your best friends are, and I will tell you who you are. If you run with wolves, you will learn how to howl. But, if you associate with eagles, you will learn how to soar to great heights. "A mirror reflects a man's face, but what he is really like is shown by the kind of friends he chooses." The simple but true fact of life is that you become like those with whom you closely associate - for the good and the bad. The less you associate with some people, the more your life will improve. Any time you tolerate mediocrity in others, it increases your mediocrity. An important attribute in successful people is their impatience with negative thinking and negative acting people. As you grow, your associates will change. Some of your friends will not want you to go on. They will want you to stay where they are. Friends that don't help you climb will want you to crawl. Your friends will stretch your vision or choke your dream. Those that don't increase you will eventually decrease you. Consider this: · Never receive counsel from unproductive people. · Never discuss your problems with someone incapable of contributing to the solution, because those who never succeed themselves are always first to tell you how. Not everyone has a right to speak into your life. You are certain to get the worst of the bargain when you exchange ideas with the wrong person. · Don't follow anyone who's not going anywhere. With some people you spend an evening: with others you invest it. · Be careful where you stop to inquire for directions along the road of life. · Wise is the person who fortifies his life with the right friendships. Happy moments? Praise God Difficult moments? Seek God Quiet moments? Worship God Painful moments? Trust God Every moment…Thank God
