This duo can jump from blues to rock, oldies to standards in the blink of an eye. Want a little reggae ? No problem, mon ! Classic country music is another specialty and the blues is always a standout. Over the years their music has taken them to 23 states ,32 countries and 6 continents.
Their duo career spans from 1982 on the “ Holiday Inn circuit “, many years in the casinos of Las Vegas, Reno and every little town in between, with many side trips doing cruise ships gigs. Along the way there have been many bar gigs.
When Kari's career began she recorded 10 sides for GM Records and 2 for Paula Records, under her maiden name of Kari Pickett. She recorded an album in Nashville produced by legendary guitarist , Jimmy Bryant.
Jerry is your typical guy from the 60's that was part of the blossoming Texas bar band scene.

All the guitar players from Greenville Tx are saddened by the passing of long time guitar teacher Trig Ward. Trig taught lessons in Greenville for over 50 years. Whatever it was you wanted to learn, you took the record to Trig and you knew the song at the end of the lesson. It didn't matter, your house or his house. He had the ability to identify with students of any age. Greenville was lucky to have had Trig and he will be greatly missed.
