| General | I LOVE to travel...and meet (cool) new people. I love performing and making other people laugh and have a good time- just as I do. I like reading fiction and non-fiction. I'm working on my own fiction book and a sitcom right now. | | Music | My favorite bands include Earth, Wind and Fire to Duran Duran. Yes! I said Duran Duran- they always soothe and pump me up esp. if I'm a little nervous or eager about a show. I love Sade and Luther (his death this past yr. just broke my heart). I like pretty much anything but hard rap, hardcore metal and serious twangy country music. | | Movies | My favorites include Kama Sutra, Clueless, Family Trap (w/ Linsey Lohan) I know, I'm a dork. Love comedies, romances, and thrillers- not such a big fan of horror movies- I live in NYC I get to see grizzly sh*t on the evening news all the time. | | Television | I totally dig the Daily Show (I TiVo it) and do believe that Jon Stewart is a god. I'm addicted to CSI Miami and SVU Special Victims Unit. I also can't get enough of forensic files AND The First 48 Hours on A&E. (Shocking as I don't like gore, but I can't not watch...maybe it's cause I so badly want the bad guys caught). | | Books | I cannot give a higher recommendation for "Blink" by Malcolm Gladwell. It will change the way you look at everything and every decision you make- in a good way. I like some romance novels but I'm more an avid reader of fiction right now. | | Heroes | My Parents. Bill Cosby and Oprah (and I'm not just saying that because I want to meet and eventually work with them). Any comic who is pursuing their dream and gets their ass in front of strangers in the most vulnerable thing you can participate in- trying to make people laugh. |
