Hey there everyone! First off, I am 15 years old, I live in the small town of Lindale Texas, and I go by the name of Karleigh Paige. Music is my forte, but songwriting is my first love...along with my therapy in many cases. Not many people actually take the time to look behind all of the camera lights and the fame and the popularity of the person and actually take the time to listen to the true meaning of the song. To me, a song is like a flash of someone's soul in a 3 to 4 minute time frame. Sometimes it's hard for me to sing a song that is so personal for that very reason.
I plan to move to Nashville as soon as possible...in other words...graduate from highschool...:) Yes, it's hard at times to do my best in school along with living a 15 year old's lifestyle and also do what I love, but I know what will matter in the future and what won't. That's all that I'll say on that note.
I have had this dream of being a country music artist since around the time I could talk. I have always felt most at home on stage. I am fully aware that it doesn't come quick and it takes hard work.
I play a Gibson guitar (Milan), which is my bestfriend. I am so grateful to have such amazing friends and family that are supporting me every step of the way. So many people have helped to even get me this far and I am so thankful for that. My music career is really starting to take off and I couldn't be any more excited!! Here lately, I couldn't ask for more.
