After the singer left the band, the three remaining members of the former Thrash Metal Band CENOTAPH from Frankfurt am Main/Germany founded EPICEDIUM in 1996 with Sascha on Vocals and a second man on the Guitar. Already in May 1997 they released their debut album ..Suffering Thoughts... Afterwards the second guitarist left the band. With time the music of the band developed more and more to Brutal Death/Grind Metal, as to hear on their second release from 1999 ..Conspiracy With The Death... In June 2002, the drummer Mussa left the band for family reasons, but even one month later the new drummer was found. And he got into the stuff very fast. After numerous gigs the band was ready to record their next album. And finally in August 2004 they presented their third release ..Immense Affliction... In October 2005 Steffen, left Epicedium due to some issues, and a new drummer called Fabian joined the band. So did a second guitarist in middle of 2006. His name is Daniel and he played his first gig with us already after just 4 rehearsal sessions!! In 2007, the band released the forth Album, "intoxicated Intercourse" through Musicaz Records. This was followed by Gigs with Unleashed, One Man Army and the undead Quartet, Dying Fetus, Suicide Silence and Behemoth and many more. In the beginning of 2008, Fabian became sick. This disease lasted over half of the year, so that he had to leave the band during to his condition. The search begann for a new drummer, and he was found: Robert joined the Band in August 2008, and with new found power, the Guys are about to create the follow-up of "Intoxicated Intercourse", so stay tuned....... In January 2009 singer Sascha left the band for personal reasons. New singer Tommy joins the band in Februry 2009.

DETERMINED wurde im März des Jahres 2005 gegründet. Von Beginn an entschlossen, hohes musikalisch-technisches Niveau mit Freude an der Musik zu verknüpfen und ambitioniert und engagiert für das Vorankommen unserer Sache zu arbeiten, wurden die Grundsteine des musikalischen Schaffens schon früh gelegt. Im Laufe des Jahres 2006 festigte sich der individuelle musikalische Stil und wurde zu einem namenlosen, anstachelnden und mitreißenden „in your face“-Gebräu, das immer weitere musikalische und stilistische Facetten hinzugewinnen konnte. Zwei gewonnene Contests stellten die Live-Tauglichkeit des nunmehr erfahrenen Vierers unter Beweis. Der Versuch, zumindest einen Teil dieses „gewissen Etwas’“ auf Tonträgern zu archivieren, gelang mit den Aufnahmen zu einer fünf-Song EP im August und September 2006 mit dem treffenden Namen: „…just to keep you insane“. Die Jungs sind fest etabliert in der Karlsruher Metal-Szene als zuverlässige Support-Band größerer Acts (Mercenary, One Man Army oder Capitan Sun) und Publikumszersäger auf kleineren Gigs mit anderen regionalen Unruhestiftern. Sommer 2008 verließ Sänger und Gitarrist David die Band und wurde durch Jan (Gitarre) und Alfred (Gesang) ersetzt.

The Band formed in 2006 first under the Name Monarchy. Band members were Fabian (Rhythm Guitar), Markus (Lead Guitar), Miguel (Bass), Gregor (Vocals) and Isa (Drums). But after the first gig there were some complications between the old band members. So the band stopped. But Markus, Gregor and Miguel kept on doing fuckin' Thrash Metal and in 2008 a new rhythm guitarist named Rico joined the band. They practised every week, but there was one problem: no drummer. After a few lookings Tobias finally joined the band as drummer. After a few disgussions, and because Gregor is not a good singer, he was kicked out the band and miguel was going to sing.
