We are an independent record store with 3 Indianapolis area locations. Karma records, as a chain, has been servicing music lovers in Indiana for over 30 years. Through the years we have had several in-store meet & greets with some of the biggest names in music. Artists who have done meet and greets at our stores over the years include: Pantera, which attracted several thousand metal heads to our Westside store in 2000, as well as Ace Frehley, King Diamond, Death Angel, Styx, Britny Fox, Static X and Warrant just to name a few. We carry all genres of music including, but not limited to, rap, pop/rock, r&b, jazz, hip-hop, punk and metal. Celebrities and pro athletes have spent their hard earned cash inside our doors including Rupaul, Edgerrin James (ex-Colts), Rik Smits (ex-Indiana Pacers) & Mike Vanderjagt (ex-Colts) to name just a few.

If what you are looking for is not in stock, we will special order it for you (including vinyl). Most orders are in within a few days unless it is on backorder with our vendor.
FREE STUFF CARDS
The Karma Free Stuff Card is our version of a frequent shopper card. For every $10 spent in the store (excluding Ticketmaster and Disc Go) you receive a stamp. Once you have accumulated 20 stamps within one year of issue date, you will receive $20 store credit (not valid on Ticketmaster or Disc Go). Free stuff cards are valid at ALL Karma Locations.
SMOKING ACCESORIES
All smoking accessories are intended for TOBACCO use only. Any reference to illegal substances while inquiring about accessories will result in an automatic refusal of sale. Any street slang for smoking accesories will also result in automatic sale refusal. You must be 18 with a valid state issued I.D. or drivers license to purchase smoking accesories.
LOCAL TALENT CONSIGNMENT
To put local talent on consignment, stop in with product and fill out a consignment form. We take 2 CDs or DVDs to start off. If product sells well, we will increase quantity when artist is paid for product sold. Karma records will take a physical inventory of product on a monthly basis and will issue payment for any product sold. At an agreed upon date, Karma will return any unsold product and make a final payment for products sold. Any defective product will be returned and considered unsold. Karma cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen or seized product. We will re-post any bulletins you post regarding your CD/DVD being available at our location.
RETURN POLICY
All returns require original receipt. Items must be exchanged or returned within 14 days. New CDs/DVDs may only be returned/exchanged if product is unopened, unless the CD/DVD is defective. Defective CDs/DVDs may only be exchanged for the same title. Detox, Digital Scales, Body Jewelry and Tobacco Accesories are non returnable.
Saturday, April 18th: Philadelphia Phil returns to the Chatterbox Jazz Club, (435 Massachusetts Avenue, Indianapolis) for the first time in four years. This time it’s with Baba Yudiddiyuh, Griffin-Sledge, Kevin Kouts and Bill Moss—MUMBAI TAXI. The Box has never rocked like it will this Saturday from 10 pm until 2 am. Psychedelic Mambo, Soukous, Tropicalia, Rock Bolero and Raga Reggae. Space is limited—Come early. Mumbai Taxi plays all night. Don’t miss this Taxi trip!
