In addition, Karma has thrilled many an Austin audience with her performances with ..The Atlantics.., ..Omar Lopez.., and ..Tom Husak’s Big Swing Band..... .. Karma’s performance experience transcends the recording booth and includes success in theater productions such as the musicals ....Shakin’ The Mess Outta Misery...., in which she was nomitated for a ..B. Iden Payne Award.., ....Trippin To Nowhere...., and the improv production of ....Tabula Rasa..... Also, Karma’s role in the musical ....Ain’t Misbehavin’...., performed at Austin’s State Theater, received rave reviews in the Austin-American Statesman. The following year, a Karma-led Monster Big Band was voted second-best Live Jazz Band in the Austin Chronicle Reader’s Poll... .. Upon moving to ..Los Angeles.., Karma Stewart’s manifestation continued. Karma became involved with a Broadway-bound production of ....Baby It’s You...., the story of the Shirelle’s, directed by Floyd Mutrux and produced by the world-renown ..Richard Perry... .. ..
