He studied music and sound engineering in Duesseldorf and, after receiving his diploma in 1989, he moved to Munich where he soon became one of the most sought-after programmers and arrangers in Germany.
In 1993 he joined the highly successful production team responsible for Haddaway's first two albums and this collaboration resulted in world-wide hits such as “What is Love?”, “Life”, “Rock my Heart” and “Fly Away”.

Always keen to expand his production repertoire and skills, he started writing film and television scores for German Television.
Fascinated by Ibiza's multi-cultural ambience and by the island's spiritual dimension, Chris and his family moved there in 2002. Ibiza also offered global musical influences and a vital club scene which Chris found inspiring for his artistic and professional development. He embarked on many projects such as; Chris Le Blanc, Sunyata Project, Ocean Deep (with Ingmar Hansch from Moving Sounds) and Miss Luna (resident DJ at Nassau Beach Club, Ibiza). In this band-project he played with many artists, who come from munich's top-jazz-scene, such as Keyboarder Werner Klausnitzer, who also played with Billy Cobham and Wolfgang Schmidt's Kick. Part of Blue Tribe also was and still is the american bassplayer Raoul Walton, who played with Can, Marius Müller-Westernhagen, Rudolf Kunze and many more.
Also worked with Zdenek and Gringo, heads of the legendary german crossover-band Freaky Fuckin Weirdoz.
2000 he started to work on his own tracks, influenced by the upcoming ambient- and chillout scene. 2005 he met Chris Le Blanc and they started their successful cooperation.

In 1999 Miss Luna fell in love with Ibiza, and two years later she stayed there to live and work in the centre of electronic music. Now she produces house and lounge music in her own studio together with an international team of producers and musicians.
Since 2002 she works together with producer Chris Le Blanc. Many of their productions were published on compilations such as Ministry of Sound, KM5, Erotic Lounge etc.
As a DJ Miss Luna presents deep house sounds and loves to create a special ambiance for the particular place and for the people listening to her music. This may be lounge music for sunset or a really groovy dance set for later on.

About
Karmaloft Music is a label based in Ibiza and Munich, specialising in Balearic Lounge, Chill-Out and House music.
From the beginning on, the Karmaloft team followed a different path, putting an emphasis on a mix of the proven and the experimental. That is what listeners cherish - by now, the world over:
Published on more than 100 CD compilations, that sold more than 1 million copies. (e.g.
Café del Mar, Ministry Of Sound, Claude Challe, Big City Beats)
And not without reason: because we focus on high quality productions, that are not
fashioned after short-lived musical trends.
