Karmasutra is the creative musical outlet of the Pagano brothers.
Patchogue natives, Craig, Jesse, and Noah Pagano started playing a variety of instruments in their early high school years and soon started jamming with a musical chemistry and intensity that has only grown over a decade of making music.

Karmasutra has headlined the Bradstock Festival, constantly tears the roof off of Fadeley’s Deli Pub, and has opened for the amazing acts of Bob Marley’s Wailers, Burning Spear, Third World and Luciano -- and the results are always the same; a vortex of energy and passion is created that has been electrifying fans for over ten years. Lately the hub of that vortex has been drummer Mark Rios. Mark is one of Long Island’s premier drummers who takes full advantage of Karmasutra's bold improvisational style.
In addition to that core, Karmasutra has recently added keys phenom Scotty Gropper and recent addition Chris P. Cauley on percussion. Karmasutra laid its musical foundations in Reggae and New Orleans’s Blues and Jazz, but that is only the seed by which truly vital and original American music has grown. Always being greater than the sum of its parts, Karmasutra is a musical force unique in the world of popular music.
