Dakota Sacke (born September 12, 1990 in Dallas, TX), better known by his stage name Kasland, is an independent rapper, singer, and producer. Kasland began writting poetry at a young age, he used his poetry to express his feelings and emotions throughout his childhood. While living in Dallas, Kasland was introduced to rap music in which he became very intrigued with. At the age of fifteen he decided to begin making music of his own. Kasland had spent three years studying the art of music, working behind the scenes, and improving as an artist. In 2009 Kasland released his first mixtape, Kastronomy, to begin building his fan base. Kasland has worked with many artists in the music industry and has discovered many opportunities to assist him with his career.

The Secret Open Mic Update: 1 group is on their way to a meeting at a Major label next week, appt was announced LIVE last Sun by A&R! Another group impressed the A&R so much we have put together a invite only event Sun Nov 1st for the strongest artists who have a buzz and a following. A&R will select 1 artist to work with who will leave the event with a gift from him! Selected Artists will perform 3 Songs, and should have a min of 15 guests. A REFUNDABLE fee of $50 will be paid at the door, after the artist reaches the guest quota $50 is refunded on the spot. The goal is NOT to pay, strong artists should not pay to perform & should be grooming themselves for bigger opportunity's.
