    2/10/06 : This Girl
It all began after I met this girl in my Graphics class during my junior year in high school. She is japanese, okinawan, and filipino. She prioritizes family/friends matters before her own. She is sympathetic, critical and sadly misunderstood by the prejudice folk. She isn't demanding or excessively meticulous. She emphasizes the gift of the giving rather than receiving. Her adorable & warm smile is what caught my attention when I first met this girl. This girl accepts me for who I am. She is ideal. My first and only love. This girl is Nicole Root. My everything.

About me:

I am a diverse individual who contemplates on the aspects of life and our enduring world. I find interest in video games, music, digital art and design. Someday I dream of travelling the world to broaden my horizons and views on our fleeting lives.

My Philosophy

I hope that someday the world will realize that happiness cannot be achieved through materialistic values. Due to our tenacious attachment to wealth, power, status, materialism and other insatiable desires, we will only continue to drown ourselves in the cesspool of stupidity and arrogance, hurting those dear to us until we're "satisfied."

There is an imbalance. We must fix that balance that benefits the environment, the community and our planet equally. A spiral formation that is infinite rather than a linear one. Our world is blind to see that we are scarce on natural resources and that we have already decided the planet's fate. We continue to consume them, unaware of its longterm consequences, acting without any regard for the generations to come. And for what? For our own selfish continued existence. At this rate, our once beautiful and lush planet will be nothing more but a remnant of the past.

How much longer will it take us to realize our mistakes? Our world has seen many sacrifices yet we continue to make the same offences time and again. Until we witness what our haste has wrought, it will be too late and at that very moment, only then will we "see" the consequences of our actions.

We need a new infrastructure that is just and ethical regardless of gender, race, culture or beliefs. How would you go serving a system with criminals and "animals" the laws can't touch. Only the small-minded people fear change. But our world is in desperate need of that "change."
