KATAPLEXIA was born in 2003 as one-man project band
created and performed by Rodrigo Fatality, After a year the project band became a formal lined-up band with Rodrigo Fatality (Drums & Vocals)
Davi Moreira(guitars) and Mikael Da Costa(bass).
KATAPLEXIA has released 3 full lenght Albums:
– Morgue's Reality 2003 (Severe Music, Finland)
– Catastrophic Scenes 2005 (Xtreem Music, Spain)
– Supreme Autority 2008 (Xtreem Music, Spain)
The band has gone through some line-up changes but now
with a more firm line-up than before, with the 3 original members and
new session drummer Timo Häkkinen (Sotajumala/Where Victims Lie)

-GOTHENBURG DEATHFEST (Sweden)
-XTREEM METALFEST (Spain)
-DEATH FEAST OPEN AIR (Germany)
-PORTSIDE DEATHFEST (Sweden)
and sharing the stage in several cities at different countries like
Finland, Sweden, Germany and Spain with some of the best
Death Metal bands around.
KATAPLEXIA is a death metal band influenced by
Suffocation, Disavowed, Old Pirexia, Old Internal Bleeding,
Unmerciful, Disgorge and alikes.
Featuring Ex-members of Deepred (fin), Side Effects (bra), Kabak (esa),
and active bands like Sotajamala (fin), etc.
