    I have recently discovered the joys of Christian music. It is very uplifting. My favorite song is "You Raise Me UP" by Selah. That is one of the best songs I have ever heard in a long time and I really do listen to it over and over again on my mp3 player. I like a little bit of everything. Depends on what mood I am in. I think it's more interesting being versatile and open minded. You learn a lot more and have a lot more fun.

About me:

I am a single parent trying to work my way through college and a full time job. I spent time in the Marine Corps and the Army and I served in the first Gulf War. I have one son that lives with me and two children who live in Michigan with their father. I am big into hiking, Geocaching, camping, and fishing. I am a big tomboy (much to my mother's horror).

My son is now a senior and my nerves are going crazy. My oldest son, the one that lives with me, has high functioning Asperger's Syndrome. For those of you who do not know what that is, it's like high functioning autism. It kind of makes you put your life into perspective when you see your child struggling to do the simple things in life that other people take for granted.

I have been watching wrestling since before Wrestlemania and all the guys I watched every week are now considered legends. It makes me feel a little old. All wrestlers are my favorite. I can't get enough of wrestling, which drives my son crazy. He likes anime so our interests don't exactly mesh that well.
My favorite all time actor has got to be Bill Goldberg. I love his stuff. I loved watching him in the ring and I love seeing his movies now. He just has this presence that stands out. I still watch a lot of his matches on WWE 24/7. I wouldn't mind meeting him some day. I can't wait to see what he comes out with next.

Who I'd like to meet:

I don't really have anyone on Earth that I idolize that much. I have learned that nothing is important except what you truly believe in your heart to be right.

I am trying to raise a teenage son with out a father so I believe in letting each day reveal the mysteries and miracles that can come with a true faith in God and happiness in your heart.

Life is short, so treat each day like it is your last. Smile to everyone you meet, say Good Morning to a stranger, and love everyone you can.

I hope that I make a difference in someone's life so that positive influence can spread to someone else in the future.

Many people don't realize or understand what being a positive influence can do for a stranger. I have had several positive influences in my life, sadly, none of them are related to me. If you have someone who is a positive influence in your life, tell them so they know they are making a difference. I hope that this one message will brighten someone's day and make them smile.

Thank you to all the people who have been a positive influence to me, whether they are famous or not. Friends are like the flowers, if you don't water them, they won't grow.
