From coast to coast, Kate Brindle has been making people laugh everywhere she goes. Described as original, hilarious and a very poised comedian with a bright future ahead of her, Kate is a unique breath of fresh air on the comedy scene.Originally from Dexter, Michigan (Population 72), Kate moved to New York City at 18 to study acting at Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. While there, Kate wrote, directed and acted in several theatrical productions and worked in production for ABC News Radio and the Sally Jessy Raphael Show (meaning she spent A LOT of time dealing with crazy people. Lucky for her, growing up with her family meant that she had 18 years of previous experience doing just that.).Upon graduating with a BFA, Kate began her stand up comedy career. Since then she's been entertaining audiences at clubs across the nation with her original, smart and sassy brand of humor. The winner of several comedy competitions and an audience favorite, Kate brings to the stage her quick wit, impeccable timing and a stage presence that's well beyond her years. Whether she's talking about her family, boring jobs (She's had several.) or making quirky observations of everyday life, Kate continues to charm crowds with her sarcastic yet upbeat and spunky style of comedy.Kate has been seen performing stand up on the Canadian Broadcast Channel and she's opened for Dave Attell, Kevin Nealon, Kevin Pollak and Thea Vidale.

PLEASE CHECK THIS OUT AND FORWARD TO THOSE INTERESTED - THIS IS THE ANIMAL RESCUE I WORK WITH, PAWS FOR LIFE RESCUE, WHO WENT THROUGH THIS VERY SAD EXPERIENCE DURING THE PAST 48 HOURS.
I don't necessarily feel any better since not eating beef, but the important thing is I don't feel worse and I don't feel like I'm missing anything.
I was at Joey's the past week and thought about how I used to love the prime rib, but now the thought of it just doesn't seem appetizing at all.
I'm also finding that there's not a shortage of other things to eat off of menus, stuff I maybe would never have tried in the past.
All in all, I'm happy with myself. I'm reading "Who Will Cry When You Die" and one of the tips they have towards living a better life is to treat your body like an expensive car and only give yourself premium fuel.
Where would our comedy mouths be without joking or stoking the protest fires of what needs to be made right in the world...glad to hear you're still at it Kate!
Virginia? It's an awesome location and a beautiful state. Are you still beating the boards of comedy Miss Kate? You better be! We need all the funny women to hold the banner up and I know you're in that camp!
That's the nicest thing I've heard in a long rime, Kate. I miss you, too. I am well. Busy, and changing the act. Cleaning it up and dropping the angry. How about you? How's VA? I'm sure you've got a zillion friends now and comedy connections. Don't forget us here in The D.
I had the same conumdrum. I went with sad, cause the dude was drunk by the time he got there, and almost got into a fight with a full size drunk dude for picking him up...
