Kate Duchesneau is a student in NH and an avid musician. Kate grew up in Temple, NH, where her father taught her how to play the guitar when she was 13. Since then, she has been playing guitar and piano songs by ear. She started writing in the beginning of high school, and finally got into recording her own stuff with her fairly primitive equipment in college.
Her first EP was released in august of 2007, entitled "the Edge of it All", and is available for purchase on iTunes, where 10% of the profit goes to the RED campaign for AIDS awareness. Her first full-length album, entitled "Please", was released following high anticipation in January of 2009. This album contains her most popular songs to date, some of which are featured above. "Please" is currently available for purchase on iTunes, Rhapsody, eMusic, and Amazon.
Kate is also featured on Quickstar Production's "Chill Out: East Coast Acoustic Edition, Volume 19", where her title track "Please" is one of the top songs. This compilation is available on iTunes, Rhapsody, Napster, eMusic, Amazon, and other fine digital retailers.
Kate Duchesneau is open for booking and thanks you for reading and listening.
