Health and human body books. I wanted to be a doctor...just too many years of school involved. I have every book on physiology, body function, chemical make up, and disease you can think of. Been really getting into molecular science/biology lately..... trippy shit!

GOD....you know what I mean....whats inside you...the life force, whatever name, love is the core. I have always been fortunate to know what that is without having to name it, and I have never though any different. I respect the individual right to choose, and NEVER judge for it. Everyday is a gift and I feel fortunate to have my life, health, and the simple things we take for granted everyday. If youve ever been without those things, you know why I say this. My son Trevor is my hero because he is the best thing that ever happened to me. Having a child changes you for the better, the love from a mother to a child is better then anything you will ever know period! My Grandmother, Mary French because she has always been there, and always belived in me, and my Grandmother, Pat Virga (RIP) for her fun loving kind spirit and having all the answers.

About me: I started singing heavy metal in 1987 with bands in the Northern California Rock/Metal circuit. My style today is the exact same style it has always been.....I have never changed. I am and will always be an original HEAVY METAL vocalist. I was signed to my first major record deal in 94 with David Chastain and the band Chastain. I met David at Foundations Forum in LA in 94. Since, I have done three CDs with David...Sick Society, In Dementia, and In an Outrage. In 03 David handed me a CD to demo some songs with new found guitarist Vertuoso Corbin King. My voice and Corbins music just meshed. I have been singing with Corbin and the band "Vainglory" ever since. Ive worked very hard for a long time at what I do, and I do it because I love it. I listen to all different types of music and I can sing every style...but the original METAL style of singing has always been what I FEEL the most, it IS me, and I have never deviated from it. Vainglory released their first CD worldwide in 07 and we are currently working on the new CD "Manifesting Destiny" which is the title track. Its really just about focusing on the positive aspects of life and how far doing that can take you. Thanks for reading and listening..I will let you know when the new CD releases. It will be the best, most aggressive, dynamic CD ive ever done by far.
