Irish born Kate has lived in the UK for many years. Since graduating from Vocaltech, in 2005, she has forged a successful singing career performing regularly around the South-East. She is a powerful and moving lead vocalist fronting both function bands and her original 10-piece band, Spoondrift and also a seasoned backing vocalist working with the gospel choir, Citizen-K and various up-and-coming artists. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kate has developed a wide range of repertoire from pop to rock, jazz to trad and funk to trip-hop. She has amassed a number of notable performances including performances at The Barbican, Pizza on the Park, Ealing Jazz Festival, Fleadh Ceoil, Pop2thepark and Cork Opera House performing with artists such as Nitin Sawhney, Linda Lewis and Brenda Edwards.

Along with her performance experience, Kate writes and records for a number of producers/artists including MusicByDesign, Kako Music and Taeko Kemono. She is currently the vocalist for Quinn's Direct Insurance television advert (Rep of Ireland).
