Every Christmas season, I find myself wondering, what kind of a kid was Jesus? I mean, after he got himself out of the manger? We shot this video in 1992 with my daughter Willow. It's won some awards and is used in churches, temples & Sunday school classes. It addresses homelessness and caring for each other on this planet. It's called WHEN JESUS WAS A KID. Feel free to pass this on to friends and family. Happy, merry, warm and loving holidays to you and your loved ones. Bye for now - Peter Alsop

Kate has influenced my music and songwriting from the very first time I heard her songs on "Austin City Limits" years ago. I went to a local record shop to see if I could find her "Give Yourself to Love" album and couldn't, but I was able to special order it from CA. I have worn out the tape. Later I found one of her songbooks and have been using that for years. I really know what she meant about the poet's heart and how poets and songwriters share a special gift of communicating across the miles. I do believe she still is doing that beyond the grave through her music, at least I can still feel her in my heart.
Kate: I miss you every day. The sounds of your voice and guitar in my living room. Smell of coffee on the stove. I look forward to the day that I again see your beautiful smile. Love ya. -Alonis
So honoured to be among Kate Wolf's friends. I'm happy to say that I once got to hear her live. Love her! What a loss for us all that she's gone. Stop by my page anytime you fancy a listen to some solo acoustic from the east coast! Blessings, Liz
I've recently bought 'Gold in California', 'Give Yourself to Love' and 'An Evening in Austin'. Wonderful, enthralling & touching! Thanks friends for this page! ^_^
Thank you Kate ... your presence in the universe is still felt by many ... every time I hear an artist do a cover of one of your tunes, immediately recognize it as one of yours. Rest well.
Hello dear friends. Thanks for keeping this up. I was a friend of Kate's. I play accordion on Lines on the Paper and Safe at Anchor. I hope you will check out my My Space page. I have a song that I wrote in her memory. I think it will be obvious which one it is.
