What I Do:
MUSIC plays a big role in my life. It's pretty-much right up there with BREATHING! ;-) ...'Cause life without music wouldn't be NEARLY as much FUN, would it?
--Along with SOLO GIGS, I also SING & PLAY KEYBOARDS WITH OUR VARIETY DANCE BAND, BLEND (six years), performing 3-5 times a month.
--RECORDING STUDIO VOCALIST in studios throughout NC, VA and Tenn. for several years.
--SANG NATION-WIDE COMMERCIAL JINGLES
--OPENED SHOWS for more than a dozen legendary performers, accompanying many on stage via keyboard/vocals: Sawyer Brown, Kentucky Headhunters, Jack Greene, Kitty Wells, Del Reeves, Billy Walker, Bill Anderson, Charlie Louvin, Jeanie C. Riley, and others.
As Lord Alfred Tennyson wrote,
"I am a part of all that I have met..., and experienced". Thanks to everybody for that PRICELESS education!
The way I see it, when all is said and done, the best that we can hope for is that our being here on this earth made a POSITIVE difference to somebody's life -- as in the sharing of music or by sharing whatever else we may have. That's my goal -- simple, yet sometimes so complicated.
