it is quiet w/out allie. when we first got to the lake 666 got in allies bed for 2 days & got mad if you touched her while she was in there. they wouldnt let us hold her when she went but, said we could see her after. if i couldnt be there for her when she needed me to be with her, i didnt see a point in seeing her after the fact. the vet said it was an " insurance " thing & thats why we couldnt be with her. sound odd to you? i am going to make a little memorial up here at the lake for her & think i have decided to http://www.welcometothedoghouse.net & think i will do allie & bailey in the same pic. that is something i can keep forever ... although a little pricey. i think she can do a good job w/allies chocolate eyes & nose & 666 with all of her dorky faces should be funny.
666 seems to be having something going on. once she gets excited she pants & wheezes, takes her a couple of hrs. to get her heart rate back down. will get her xray done next week & see what her heart looks like.
i know heart/trachea issues are common in poms ... but didnt realize how early it can come on. rusty lived to be 15. allie would have only been 9 this coming thanksgiving & bailey is only going to be 5. one of 666's myspace buddies had to put her pom down a couple of mo's ago, he wasnt even 3 yet.
tell barley that michael jackson needed allie up in heaven as a his main dancer for the next show. he has given her a new indian name in heaven & she now goes by " runs from butterflies "!!

Cankle Awareness Month is July - Forget swine flu. A cankle pandemic is sweeping the nation, according to Gold's Gym.
Gold's Gym has declared July "Cankle Awareness Month." Exactly what is a cankle? It's when your calf and your ankle become one. Gold's calls it a "growing epidemic", and wants you to come in and sign up for assistance. They are offering free tips online. your lake is doing GREAT! its up higher than it was at the end of last yr. it stormed up here real bad last night & that prob. added 1 1/2'. the care taker had a toon picked out & took me to look at it. i liked it, but found a NEW '07 luxery toon that was pretty sweeeeet! we are driving to anderson today to take another peek at some so we'll see what we find there.
